We do not collect sensitive information such as payment details, government identifiers, or continuously track your location without your consent.

  • Facilitate your waitlist registration and status notifications

  • Send SMS messages regarding your waitlist status (non-promotional)

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our Service

  • Send promotional SMS messages, but only if you explicitly opt in

3. Restaurants & Data Sharing

When you check in to a participating restaurant using our Service, we may share your basic contact information (such as your name and mobile number) and app interaction details (such as your waitlist activity) with that restaurant to facilitate your experience. Restaurants may use this information to manage their waitlist operations or provide service-related updates, but they are independent businesses with their own privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any restaurant you visit.

4. SMS Communications

Transactional Messages:

By using the Service and checking the opt-in box, you consent to receive non-promotional SMS messages regarding your waitlist status. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.

Promotional Messages (Optional):

You may also choose to receive promotional SMS messages from FeedMee, which may include special offers, discounts, or other marketing content. This is entirely optional and requires you to check a separate opt-in box. You can opt out of promotional SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any promotional message.

5. Location Services

To enhance your experience with our Service, we may request access to your device's location information through your mobile device or web browser (such as Safari, Chrome, or others). Granting location access is entirely optional and based on your individual device and browser settings.

We may use location data to:

  • Improve the accuracy of waitlist estimates and restaurant notifications

  • Provide location-specific information related to your waitlist experience

  • Optimize Service functionality for nearby participating restaurants

We do not continuously track your location, and we do not store your precise location data after it has been used to provide the relevant service.

Location data is only accessed if you grant explicit permission through your device or browser. You can modify or revoke location permissions at any time in your device or browser settings. Declining to provide location access may affect certain features or the accuracy of the Service but will not prevent your ability to use the core waitlist functionality.

We reserve the right to expand our use of location services in the future, consistent with applicable laws and regulations, and will update this Privacy Policy to reflect any material changes in how location data is used.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In particular, participating restaurants are independent businesses that operate separately from FeedMee, Inc. We act solely as a third-party technology provider to facilitate restaurant waitlist services and related communications. We are not responsible for, and expressly disclaim any liability related to:

  • The conduct, policies, views, or operations of any restaurant or its staff

  • Food safety, food quality, or compliance with health regulations

  • Restaurant cleanliness, safety, or security practices

  • Service experiences, including seating, timing, or customer service

  • Payment disputes, billing issues, refunds, or other financial transactions between you and the restaurant

  • Injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, or any other incidents occurring at or in connection with a participating restaurant

Your interactions with restaurants, their employees, and their services are solely between you and the restaurant. We do not control, manage, or guarantee any aspect of a restaurant's business, including safety, food preparation, compliance with regulations, or overall guest experience.

We encourage you to raise any concerns regarding your dining experience directly with the restaurant involved.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your Rights and Choices

  • You may opt out of transactional SMS communications by replying STOP.

  • You may opt out of promotional SMS messages by replying STOP to any marketing message.

  • You may control or revoke location permissions in your device or browser settings.

  • You may contact us at info@feedmee.co to request deletion of your information, subject to our legal obligations.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
